Zhang Juncheng was dubbed the title of "the first student of the Peking University security guard" because he was admitted to the Peking University legal professional self-examination as a security guard at Peking University, ushering in the highlight moment of his life.

After Gao Guang, he returned to his hometown of Changzhi, Shanxi, to teach and run a secondary vocational school.

The nourishment he has drawn from Yanyuan continues to nourish him. Now, Zhang Juncheng hopes to establish a vocational school with a strong Chinese culture atmosphere, infecting more young people through "dressing people, transforming people with morals, and standing up with skills." Skills are close to you, and there are rules, knowing and awe.

Zhang Juncheng is quite disapproving of the labelled term "Peking University Security", "There are many inspirational stories about security, and it is not a fixed growth model."

But every few years, the "Peking University Security" will always be heated up.

At this time, Zhang Juncheng, who was dubbed "the first student of Peking University security guard", will again become the focus of the media.

Recently, his old news has been on the hot search again.

The live broadcast platform sent an invitation, but he shouldn't.

The media asked for interviews, but he declined one by one.

For more than 20 years, Zhang Juncheng has different feelings and attitudes towards the highlights of his appearance in the media.

When he was 20 years old, he was still on duty at the West Gate of Peking University. The story of his speaking English with foreigners was published in the newspaper. After the surprise, he was eager for it; when he was in his 30s, as the executive vice president of a private secondary vocational school, he thought about it. Leveraging the media to strengthen the school's reputation; when he founded a vocational school at the age of 40, the principal Zhang Juncheng was no longer willing to talk about his "old calendar."

On April 12, when Zhang Juncheng gave a speech at Lucheng Middle School in Changzhi City, Shanxi, he told more about his students' stories.

"The two hundred teachers and students present, more than half wiped their tears." At the end of the speech, Zhang Jinhong, the principal of Lucheng Middle School, said emotionally.

"No surprise. My students all walked out of confusion and stepped into society after failing the high school entrance examination. Their growth experience can even more impress the dolls living in this era." Zhang Juncheng replied.

The dream of studying at Peking University has been "renamed" due to the school motto of Tsinghua University

In the memory of his youth, Zhang Juncheng only felt that life was "very bitter".

He was the seventh in his family. When he graduated from junior high school, his brothers were about to get married.

Zhang Juncheng, who often defaults on tuition fees, "consciously" gave up his studies.

The 14-year-old boy started to work with his back facing the loess and was still digging for iron ore in the "black hole".

A few years later, Zhang Juncheng finally got his mother's consent and came to Changzhi City for the first time as a temporary worker in an auto repair factory.

Soon after, he signed up with the recruitment company, and only after he arrived in Beijing did he realize that he was going to work as a security guard.

The 18-year-old youth was full of longing. He devoted all his energy to pre-job training, and was finally assigned the first place in the comprehensive assessment to be assigned to the guard post of Peking University.

Putting on a neat uniform, this lanky young man swayed youthful enthusiasm.

After the two-month trial period expired, Zhang Juncheng was promoted to serve as the monitor of the security team at the West Gate of Peking University.

He encouraged the team members to follow the Tiananmen flag-raising ceremony, kicking upright, saluting, shouting slogans, and handing over positions.

For a time, the security guard became a new scene in the landmark building of Peking University, Ximen.

When the security guards are not pleased, it is inevitable that they will be at odds with the personnel entering and exiting.

Looking at the high-spirited Peking University proud man on campus, Zhang Juncheng was frustrated.

He began to keep a diary, "as an emotional catharsis."

The unhappiness caused by the duty station did not erode Zhang Juncheng's heart.

After he understood the school motto of Tsinghua University, he exhorted himself with "Heaven is healthy, gentleman strives for self-improvement." He also wrote his name "Zhang Juncheng" as "Zhang Juncheng" and received a certificate of commendation under his new name.

Zhang Juncheng is determined to learn English and constantly enrich himself.

He can't read books when he is on duty during the day shift, so he is on the night shift, reading English aloud when there is no one.

Over time, many Beijing masters and students know that Ximen has a security guard who loves to learn.

Professor Cao Yan from the Department of English also gave him a free English course certificate.

Zhang Juncheng switched between security guards and students, ate 13 professional courses twice as fast as others, and successfully obtained a diploma from Peking University's law major.

Under his leadership, more than a dozen security guards from Peking University joined the team of studying and studying.

Achieving academic success, expanding circles of friends, meeting love... For more than 20 years, every time he reads the 4 diaries brought back from Peking University, Zhang Juncheng is full of power.

"Find the right track of life and make life full of possibilities"

The time to choose has arrived.

In 1999, 23-year-old Zhang Juncheng decided to leave Beijing and return to his hometown to accompany his expectant wife.

Influenced by Yanyuan, Zhang Juncheng realized that he was inseparable from the education industry.

The experience of Peking University helped him successfully enter a secondary vocational school in Changzhi.

Soon, he passed the trial assessment and became a teacher.

Zhang Juncheng is liked by students because of his broad knowledge, avant-garde thinking, and the prestige of standing, sitting and lying.

He often asked students to write about their experience, and he responded to the comments below and communicated in letters.

Soon, Zhang Juncheng was assigned to be the class teacher and took over the "stab class". There were many mischievous students in the class, and it was common to be late and smoke.

"There are no students who can't teach well, only teachers who can't teach." Zhang Juncheng insisted on getting along with students on an equal footing, and talked sincerely.

Zhang Juncheng ate and lived with the students.

He folded the quilt like tofu; he arrived at the playground ten minutes early and gathered the students for running exercises; he lined up with the students for dinner and had dinner at the same table; he played ball with the students, and he deliberately lost a few balls...

Liu Jianbo, a former student of Zhang Juncheng, said that Zhang Juncheng caught the "problem students" and talked to them.

"Let students be willing to say what they are saying in order to guide them to find the track of life and make life full of possibilities." This is Zhang Juncheng's summary along the way, and also his requirements for the teacher team.

For the sake of students, Zhang Juncheng gave up the opportunity to work in public higher vocational colleges.

Due to the difficulties in running secondary vocational schools, schools were closed and transferred from time to time. Zhang Juncheng moved to many schools, but never left the secondary vocational education.

From 87 to 1,471, Zhang Juncheng served as the executive vice principal of a secondary vocational school for 8 years. This is the change in the number of students during his tenure.

With the deeper knowledge and understanding of secondary vocational education, Zhang Juncheng moved the idea of running a school by himself.

"Even a secondary vocational school is a place for learning"

In recent years, as the country attaches importance to vocational education, more and more junior high school students enter secondary vocational schools after graduation and use their skills to open the door to success.

In 2015, Zhang Juncheng and his friends founded Changzhi Technology Secondary Vocational School as the principal.

At present, the school has more than a dozen majors in aviation services, robotics, and animation design, and the number of students has reached more than 1,350.

Most of the children in secondary vocational education are between 15 and 18 years old. They are at a fork in their lives, which is the critical period for the formation of literacy and skills.

Zhang Juncheng looked at these children as if he saw himself at the beginning, "If I hadn't had the experience of Peking University, I would not know what I would be like now." When talking about educational practice, he always mentioned what he learned from Yanyuan. nutrient.

"There is no other way to learn, just ask for peace of mind." It is to let children who are not good at learning and have poor foundations, recover their lost self-confidence and interest, and learn a skill.

To this end, Zhang Juncheng often encourages the team of teachers, "Even vocational schools are places for learning."

In order to achieve the purpose of running the school, Zhang Juncheng strictly manages daily to help students develop good behavior habits.

On campus, students wear camouflage uniforms and run in line; no items are allowed on the dormitory beds, and the quilt should be folded like tofu; you have to go out for exercises in the morning, sing together before meals, and turn off the lights on time at night; students spend on campus, and there is a daily limit 40 yuan, urge students to practice diligence and thrift.

Zhang Juncheng hopes to run a vocational school with a strong Chinese culture atmosphere and infect more young people through "dressing people, transforming people with morals, and standing up with skills", so that they will not only have skills, but also have rules and awe. Going out of your own growth track and becoming a person who contributes to society is just like Master Yan Yuan's influence on him back then.
