The German Ethics Council warns of a social division in view of the lifting of corona requirements for vaccinated and convalescent people.

Children, adolescents, trainees and students have "a double disadvantage" because they are "not protected and are less allowed to", said the ethics council chairman Alena Buyx to the newspapers of the Funke media group.

Vaccinated, on the other hand, have the double advantage: They are protected and can do more. "So we have a real solidarity and justice problem in our society and we are experiencing social tension," warned Buyx. One has to be careful that "the tension does not become a division".

Tens of thousands of people in Spain have turned night into day to celebrate the end of the Corona emergency after six and a half months.

In the crowded Puerta del Sol, around two o'clock on Sunday morning, most of the people didn't even think about going to bed.

"Alcohol, alcohol.

We're here to get drunk, ”sang a group of joyful and probably slightly tipsy young people on the famous square in the heart of Madrid.

Scenes similar to those in the capital took place in Seville, Barcelona and many other cities in the country.
