On May 8, Shao Yu, a fireman from the Qianchuan Fire Rescue Station of the Wuhan Fire Rescue Detachment, Hubei, returned to his hometown in Ezhou to accompany his mother on Mother’s Day.
At about 11 noon, Shao Yu came to the door of the unit where his mother worked. When he saw his mother walk out of the unit, Shao Yu immediately ran to send a bouquet of flowers.
When she got home, Shao’s mother started cooking. Shao Yu helped her mother. After a while, a table of hearty dishes was served on the table.
Shao's mother said that her son looks darker and stronger than last year. Because of work needs, his son rarely goes home. Today, she has a son to accompany her to celebrate Mother's Day. She feels very happy that his son's company is the best gift for Mother's Day.
