Kevin Spacey may well see new lawsuits against him be dismissed.

According to Deadline, New York judge Lewis A. Kaplan has ruled that the man who accuses the actor of sexual assault for facts dating back to the 1980s when he was still a minor will have to lift his anonymity to go as far as 'At the trial.

Today in his fifties, the plaintiff remains known by the initials "CD", his lawyers affirming that the lifting of his identity would have the effect of triggering the effects of post-traumatic stress disorder from which he has suffered since his assault.
