Ehime Prefecture announced that it has confirmed that 22 new people have been infected with the new coronavirus.

As a result, a total of 2491 people have been confirmed to be infected in Ehime Prefecture.

It was also announced that one person had died, bringing the total number of people dead in the prefecture to 54.
