Chia seed pudding

"You buy chia seeds. In the evening, you soak them in vegetable milk, so that they swell. Me, I love coconut milk" thus advises the actress.

"Usually I do this the night before. In the morning, I top it all off with a little agave syrup and banana pieces."

This breakfast dish does not heat up, "but it holds up well," promises Linda Hardy.

"There is a lot of protein in chia seeds, it's great. And it's also great for constipation issues."

Yum with fruits

Another recipe entrusted by Linda Hardy: fruit yum. “You take half a banana and mash it, and mix in crushed seeds of both flax and sesame,” she says. "Then you add three dried fruits that you like, for example almonds, Brazil nuts and macadamia nuts."

It is then necessary to mix everything, before moving on to the next step. "You add a little linseed oil or a little rapeseed oil. They are very beneficial for the health", continues Linda Hardy. "And you garnish with pieces of two or three seasonal fruits. For example half an apple, a few strawberries and a few raspberries." A second recipe whose benefits Linda Hardy praises. "It gives a lot of energy before going to play sports," she promises.
