The scientific name of blue tears is a kind of ostracod, called sea firefly, which is a kind of plankton living in the bay and is a fluorescent animal.
It is only 3 millimeters long, and there is a structure called light-emitting gland in the body, which produces light blue light when it is stimulated by waves hitting it.
