  Through investigation, the police captured a 22-year-old provincial "agent" in Changchun City.

The police found that the suspect started buying raw materials from Zhengzhou, Henan Province in 2018, and made products at home. The capsules costing 5 cents each were sold through Moments and the Internet at a price of 30 yuan.
