The south-west of Niger, along a strip going from Maradi to Dogondoutchi, can it become a new center of insurrection?

This is the question posed by the new report from ICG, International Crisis Group.

According to the NGO, the change in scale of cross-border banditry creates in this region risks of tilting and the authorities must urgently prevent contagion.

To talk about it, our guest this morning is the author of the report, Matthieu Pellerin.

He answers Laurent Correau's questions.
