China News Service, May 7th. According to the official Weibo news of the Beijing-Hong Kong Metro Corporation, in order to further enhance the passenger travel experience, starting from May 8, 2021, a new version of the Daxing Line will be trialled. 2 minutes 40 seconds is shortened to 2 minutes, and Daxing Line will also become another subway line in Beijing rail transit that achieves a minimum travel interval of 2 minutes at peak times.

In order to shorten the interval between trains on the Daxing Line again, the Beijing-Hong Kong Metro innovatively adopted a new composite road running mode. 4-Daxing Line added a small road from Huangcun West Street Station to Zhongguancun Station during the morning rush hour on working days. In the rush hour, 21 empty trains depart from Huangcun West Street Station at 6:15-7:42, and 15 empty trains depart from Zhongguancun Station at 7:50-8:46 in the downward direction; original Xiaojiao Road 7:08 from Xin The 6 trains sent by the palace were adjusted to Huangcun West Street.

The small road from Xingong Station to Anheqiao North Station will be adjusted to 08:09-10:17 and 15:45-21:02.

Based on the above two kinds of small crossing roads, the 4-Daxing Line will form a major road (Tiangongyuan Station to Anheqiao North Station) and two small crossing roads to achieve 1:1 during the morning rush hour on weekdays from 7:00 to 9:00: 1 set of running mode to ensure the commute of passengers in the morning peak.

It is estimated that after the trial implementation of the new version of the operational map, the one-way hourly capacity of the Daxing Line will increase by 36% during the morning peak hours from 7 am to 8 am on weekdays. That is, the line can carry about 10,000 more passengers per hour in one direction.

At the same time, during the morning peak period of Line 4, on this basis, additional passenger traffic will be added depending on the passenger flow situation to improve the overall passenger transport efficiency of the entire line.
