Blamed since the start of the covid-19 pandemic from China, the Asian community is regularly the victim of physical or verbal attacks.

Last March, Five young men were on trial in France for calling for violence against people of Asian origin.
Even more serious, in Atlanta, in the United States, a shooting killed 8 people including 6 people of Asian origin sparking a wave of indignation far beyond the community.
Anti-Asian racism does not date from this health crisis, the death, in 2016, of the Chinese fashion designer Chaolin Zhang, in Aubervilliers, a city in the Paris region, had already made the media and the public authorities aware of the existence of the problem in France.
For lack of figures, however, difficult to assess the extent of the phenomenon.
