The main government building, which was constructed at a cost of more than 4 billion yen, is a three-story steel-framed reinforced concrete structure with an elongated structure of approximately 170 meters north and south along the railroad tracks.



In addition, the station building of Nagai Station will be built on the first floor of the main government building, which is expected to improve the convenience of visitors.



According to the city, it is the first time in Japan that the main government building of the local government has been integrated with the station building.



A woman in her 70s who came to see the new main government building said, "I think it's convenient for people who can't drive a car to get to the city hall immediately by train."
