There were 2 newly confirmed cases imported from overseas by land, all of whom were imported from China and Myanmar.

One confirmed case was cured and discharged from hospital (local), and one asymptomatic infected person was released from isolation for medical observation (local).

  As of 24:00 on May 5th, there are 47 confirmed cases in Yunnan Province (17 imported from abroad and 30 at home), and 9 asymptomatic infections (2 imported from abroad and 7 at home), all of which have been isolated in designated medical institutions Treatment and medical observation.

  The newly-added overseas land imported confirmed case information is: confirmed case 1, male, 20 years old, Chinese nationality; confirmed case 2, male, 40 years old, Chinese nationality.

  The above two people have recently lived in Myanmar, and entered the border land from May 2-4, and were transferred to designated centralized isolation points for isolation and observation in accordance with the requirements of closed-loop management.

On the 5th, the new coronavirus nucleic acid test was positive, and it was transferred to a designated medical institution for isolation and treatment by a negative pressure ambulance.

Combined with the epidemiological history, clinical manifestations and laboratory test results, it was diagnosed as a confirmed case of new coronary pneumonia (common type, imported from Myanmar).
