An Egyptian young man slaughters his father because he did not approve of his marriage

An Egyptian youth in the fourth decade of his life committed a heinous crime during the day in Ramadan, when he grabbed the head of his sick father and hit it on the ground, then grabbed a knife from the kitchen and slaughtered it, inside their apartment in the Haram area in the Egyptian governorate of Giza.

Investigations revealed that the accused asked his father to marry, but the latter refused due to the accused's inability to spend because he was without work, so the young man decided to get rid of his father, and fled.

A force from the Giza Investigation Department arrested the accused, and confessed to the details of his horrific crime, and instructed about the murder weapon, and it was seized, and the prosecution office, which started the investigation, was notified.

Investigations by the security services stated that the beginning of the incident was that there was a report from a young man who worked as a "french", stating that after his return to work, he discovered the body of his father, 61 years old, killed inside the apartment.

Immediately, a force from the mabahith moved to the place of the incident, and it was found that the victim had a slaughtered wound to the neck as a result of an assault on him with a sharp object (knife), and it was also evident from the debate that the corpse was smashed into the skull from behind, as a result of colliding with the ground, according to Al-Watan newspaper.

The police report stated that, by discussing the reporter, he assured the investigation officers that his father was sick with cirrhosis and did not go out of the house, and that he was taking care of him because his mother worked, and he had another "unemployed" brother, whose disappearance was noticed from the crime scene.

Through the examination and investigation, it became clear that the victim's second son had disappeared, and by examining the cameras and discussing with witnesses, it was found that he was leaving the house quickly in a contemporary time for the crime and his clothes were disorganized and had traces of blood, and the Public Prosecution was seeking permission, and the suspect accused was arrested, and facing him he confessed to committing the incident. The Public Prosecution Office was notified, which conducted the investigations, and decided to present the body to the forensic medical practitioner for an autopsy, in order to clarify the causes of death, and requested the investigations to conduct final investigations about the incident.
