  On April 12, the Xincheng police received clues that a fraud suspect appeared somewhere in Beilin District.

After obtaining the clues, the Xincheng police immediately launched an investigation. After information research and judgment, it was discovered that its location was a telecommunications fraud den of nearly a hundred people. The criminal suspects used "very professional" rhetoric content to trick victims into joining the so-called stock recommendation WeChat group. To induce the victim to invest in a false stock investment platform to achieve the purpose of fraud.

  Upon learning of the situation, the party committee of the sub-bureau immediately asked the criminal investigation brigade, the intelligence operations center, and the overall police station to form a task force of more than 180 criminal police to conduct an in-depth investigation.

After careful investigations and careful arrangements in the early stage, 79 suspects of telecom fraud were arrested in a building in Beilin District at noon on April 20.
