  The new Rong-Wu (Rongcheng-Wuhai) high-speed line is one of the external backbone road networks of the Xiongan New Area, and an important part of the "four vertical and three horizontal" expressway network planning in the new area. It is the main freight channel in the south of Beijing and Xiongbei. The transit corridor and the new district expressway north ring function conveniently connect Baoding and Tianjin.   It is reported that the unmanned paver cluster used on the new Rongwu high-speed line comes with multiple safety protection designs.

The first is the intelligent anti-collision protection. All machines in the cluster will predict based on high-precision positioning data and their own motion status, and automatically maintain a safe distance to ensure that there will be no collisions between the clusters.

The second is the electronic fence to ensure that the operating machine will not exceed the operating boundary.

The third is the emergency safety system. Through the two groups of front and rear radar systems, it can identify obstacles within 5 meters of the machine's traveling direction to ensure that the machine can automatically decelerate or brake when it detects obstacles or people. When the obstacle disappears, the road will be rolled. Automatically resume driving to ensure safety.

Finally, the unmanned equipment is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can realize one-button stop in the face of emergency.
