Recently, Wang Wei, director of the Space Station General Research Office of the General Design Department of the Fifth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation, said in an exclusive interview with China News Agency that there will be 11 missions for the construction of the space station in two years, and the Tianhe core module is the first mission.
Wang Wei introduced that the next 10 missions are arranged in this way. China will launch the Wentian experimental cabin and the Mengtian experimental cabin, rendezvous and dock with the core cabin, and form a T-shaped three-cabin configuration through configuration transposition.
In addition, 4 cargo spacecraft and 4 manned spacecraft will be launched. The cargo spacecraft provides materials for people to live and work in orbit, and the manned spacecraft transports the astronauts to the space station for life and work.
