The 30 Million Friends Foundation launched on Wednesday an unprecedented campaign to raise awareness of the animal cause in the world of video games.

The initiative is launched in partnership with six video game players or commentators in France.

These six "vigilantes of the heart […] alone bring together a community of three million people," said the Foundation.

They are Kayane, Trinity, Maghla, Jeel, Gius and Gob.

Reach three billion people

The six gaming influencers will make a long-term commitment to sensitize their community to the problems of animal abuse via a charter.

“We are trying to educate as many people as possible,” explains Reha Hutin, President of the Foundation.

“Three billion people in the world play video games, it was very important to join that world.

"

The campaign kicked off on Wednesday via a dedicated mini-site and on the Discord platform.

A meeting on the Twitch channel of gamer Trinity was also scheduled for 8 p.m.

Other meetings will take place in May and June.
