Gunma Prefecture has announced that 70 new people have been confirmed infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture, and one hospitalized has died.
It is the first time since January 10th that more than 70 people have announced their infection confirmation on the 1st.
This brings the number of people confirmed to be infected in the prefecture to 5,937, of which 104 have died.
