The Dalian Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection recently notified four typical problems that violated the eight central regulations.
1. Song Fang, the former principal of Xigang District No. 1 Kindergarten, received gifts in violation of regulations.
From January 2019 to September 2020, Song Fang received money and shopping cards from kindergarten teachers and parents of children many times during his tenure as the deputy principal and principal, totaling 12,000 yuan.
In December 2020, Song Fang received a warning from the party and was transferred from his post.
The proceeds of violation of discipline have been confiscated.
2. The party branch secretary and dean of Shahekou District Maternity and Child Health Hospital, Yue Changzheng, and others issued rewards for performance in violation of regulations.
From January 2015 to December 2018, during his tenure as the dean of Shahekou District Maternity and Child Health Hospital, Yue Changzheng violated relevant regulations and was not approved by relevant departments. Chen Baohua, deputy secretary of the party branch, jointly studied and decided to issue rewarding performance beyond the standard and beyond the scope.
Among them, the three got a total of 354,600 yuan.
In December 2020, Yue Changzheng, Cai Jun and Chen Baohua all received warnings from the party.
The disciplinary proceeds of the three persons have been confiscated.
3. Liang Li, the second-level chief officer of the Office of the Education, Culture and Tourism Bureau of Jinpu New Area, concealed the illegal use of official gas cards and private car public support.
From February to May 2019, the Commission for Discipline Work of Jinpu New District issued a notice requiring all units in the jurisdiction to conduct self-examination and self-correction of the illegal use of official gas cards, and report any problems in a timely manner.
Liang Liwei, then head of the Office of the Admissions and Examination Committee of Jinpu New District, truthfully reported his personal use of official gas cards in violation of regulations.
In June 2019, the Disciplinary and Work Commission of Jinpu New District conducted a review of the admissions and office refueling cards and found that Liang Li used 12 official refueling cards issued by the Admissions Office for personal vehicles from July 2016 to March 2019. Refueling use, the total amount is 14,990.64 yuan.
In April 2020, Liang Li was severely warned and punished by the party.

4. Song Kai, former party member and deputy director of the Pulandian District Bureau of Commerce, organized wedding banquets illegally and took the opportunity to collect money.
In May 2017, Song Kai entrusted others to notify and invite the management service objects of the jurisdiction, in-service staff of the Bureau of Commerce and retirees to participate before organizing his own wedding banquet, and received a total of 53,400 yuan in gift money in violation of regulations.
In addition, Song Kai has other serious violations of discipline and law.
In December 2020, Song Kai was expelled from the party and expelled from public office.
