According to investigations, since May 2020, the criminal suspect Li Mouxing set up a company specifically for profit, registering an account in dating software, disguising herself with pictures of online beauties, and inducing victims to download designated games by playing with games, etc. In the game, the victim is tempted to recharge multiple times under the guise of getting married, sending flowers, and buying equipment.
At present, 8 suspects in this case have been criminally detained by the Lishi Public Security Bureau according to law, 4 offenders have been administratively detained according to law, and 7 related persons have been given admonishment, criticism and education.
The case is under further investigation.
