[Explanation] On April 29, the "Tianhe Core Module" of the Chinese Space Station was launched at the Wenchang Space Launch Site in China, marking the third step of the "Three Steps" of China's manned space project and the launch of the space station mission. New Era.

The "Tianhe Core Module" is the core module of the China Space Station. It is the management and control center of the space station. It is responsible for the unified management and control of the space station assembly, and supports the rendezvous and docking and on-orbit assembly of experimental modules, manned spacecraft, and cargo spacecraft. It has the ability to receive long-term visits and supplies of astronauts and supports the development of space medicine and space life science experiments.

Our overall plan for the construction of the space station is based on the "Tianhe Core Capsule", and then combines the "Wentian Capsule" and the "Mengtian Capsule" to form such a large combination. Our current construction work plan is based on the "Tianhe Core Capsule". The mission of "and the core module" began. By the end of the year, we want to complete the construction of a major one-shaped structure, and then we will complete the overall construction of the space station before 2022 and put it into our experimental operation stage.

[Explanation] In the "Tianhe" mission, the active potential control subsystem, the robotic arm console, the fast door leak detector, and the active potential control subsystem developed by the 510 Institute of the Fifth Academy of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "510 Institute of Aerospace") The space station integrated display unit, audio unit, lighting equipment, space station power supply and other products have played an important role in the space station’s sky and core cabin.

The active potential control subsystem is known as the astronaut’s "golden bell" and is also one of the most core systems in this mission. Sun Yingping, the designer in charge of the system, introduced to reporters because of its main structure in the ionospheric plasma environment. A higher voltage will be generated. When the astronaut moves out of the cabin, it is like working on a “high-voltage wire”, and the safety of life will be greatly threatened. The system is to control the potential of the space station structure within a safe voltage range to ensure that the astronaut is out of the cabin. Time safety of life is also the core key technology that must be solved to ensure the construction of the space station. The system is highly innovative and technically difficult. It is the first in-orbit application of China's satellite active potential control technology.

Its function is to reduce the entire potential of the space station to the safety potential of our human body when the astronauts exit the cabin, so as to ensure the safety of the astronauts’ lives when they exit the cabin. Its advantage is currently the first domestic space collection. A system integrating potential measurement and potential control will realize the first application of our technology in orbit. In terms of key technical indicators, we have surpassed the International Space Station and reached the international advanced level.

[Explanation] In addition, the brain of the space manipulator system developed by the Aerospace 510, the manipulator console, is also the first in-orbit application and an important sign that the Chinese space station has reached the international advanced level.

Most of the lighting product development work in the "Tianhe" mission is also undertaken by the Aerospace 510. There are 12 types of supporting lighting products, more than 60 units/sets.

Among them, the newly designed lighting products mainly include scene lighting products, portable lighting products and external floodlighting products. It is the first time that China has applied scene mode adjustable lighting technology on a spacecraft, and it is also the world's first time to use the full range inside a large manned spacecraft. Apply scene lighting technology.

Aerospace 510 also introduced core components and innovative technologies such as the astronaut’s "monitor" integrated display unit, the astronaut’s voice equipment audio unit, and the astronaut’s "charger" power supply for the space station.

These designs have greatly improved the convenience and comfort of astronauts' work and life in orbit, and constructed a bright and comfortable Chinese space station environment.
