At the launching ceremony, the main responsible comrades of the public security organs in Xiamen, Fujian introduced anti-fraud propaganda and prevention experience; public security police and anti-fraud experts from Beijing, Xiamen, Fujian, and Shenzhen, Guangdong, combined their own work to do a good job in community anti-fraud propaganda. The work of discouraging potential defrauded people and quickly freezing defrauded funds interacted with the audience to remind everyone to increase their awareness of fraud and prevention.
It is understood that in 2020, public security agencies across the country have cracked 322,000 cases of telecommunications network fraud, arrested 361,000 criminal suspects, stopped payment and frozen 272.2 billion yuan of funds involved, discouraged 8.7 million people from being deceived, and restored cumulative economic losses. 187.6 billion yuan.
