Kate and William had a rustic start to the week.

On the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's Instagram account, the royal couple revealed images of their visit to a farm in Durham, north-east England.

Queen Elizabeth II's grandson and his wife were able to meet all the farm animals and Prince Charles' son even drove one of the tractors on this farm committed to sustainable agriculture.

“Located in Darlington, these two amazing owners of a fifth generation family farm were able to tell us how they are going to meet the UK 2050 net zero emissions target. They use techniques like as grass monitoring, land rotation and feed sampling to improve productivity and ensure that they are able to give back to the environment ”, we read on the Cambridge Instagram account.

Kate and William's crazy day did not end there, as they then went to the premises of an association, Cheesy Waffles, which supports young people with specific needs and helps them to have an adult life. Happier. The prince even went so far as to take part in a game of golf with some members of the association, who helped him practice his swing!

“The Cheesy Waffles Project does an incredible job providing children, youth and adults with additional needs, ages 7-35, in County Durham with the skills and independence they need to move on to a career. happy and healthy adulthood ”, assures the communication team of the Duke and Duchess, adding:“ I think we are going to need to come back ”, in caption of images where we can see the one who will one day be king from England struggling with his club!
