Singer Sheila was on Tuesday the guest of the show "Musique!"

to present his new album, "Venue Outre", a disc of original songs that tells of his 60-year career.

The artist returned to his song "Seventh Continent" and to the ecological emergency which pushes part of the youth to get involved, with figures such as journalist Hugo Clément.

, already released but rearranged for the occasion, a song on the plastic continent.

"It's terrible", comments at the microphone of Émilie Mazoyer Sheila, who was keen to talk about ecological issues in her songs.

"I have lived in the countryside since the 1970s. I am very close to nature, to the Earth. For me, this is important."

"I hope the young people will shake everything up"

And Sheila is delighted to see part of the younger generation taking action against global warming.

"What reassures me a little is that I have the feeling that the new generation is aware of the problem," said the singer.

"They are making huge strides, I hope they will shake everything up and pay attention to everything, because we have to move quickly."
