Nara Prefecture and Nara City announced on the 27th that it was confirmed that 74 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The prefecture also announced that a man in his 40s in Kashihara, who had been confirmed infected and was being treated, had died.
In Nara prefecture, 5799 people were confirmed infected and 72 people died.
