It turned out that five students, including Keio University students and students attending their affiliated high schools, had been arrested by the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department for handing over or possessing cannabis in Tokyo.

A total of five people, including first-year Keio University male students, male students attending affiliated high schools, and high school students in Tokyo, aged 18 to 19 were arrested.

According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, the five people are suspected of violating the Cannabis Control Law, alleging that they handed over or possessed cannabis to an acquaintance in Tokyo from November to February last year.

In the international mail that arrived at Narita Airport from the United States last November, 1.9 grams of liquid-processed cannabis was found hidden by customs inspection, and it was investigated based on the shipping address etc. As a result, five people have emerged.

Keio University students admitted to the investigation that the five were local friends and high school friends, saying, "I got cannabis when I was 16 years old when I was in high school in New York, and I was curious. I used it with my heart. "

The Metropolitan Police Department has not disclosed the approval or disapproval of the other four.

The five have already been sent to the family court and have been decided to hold a juvenile referee.

Regarding the arrest of the student, Keio University commented, "We are currently confirming the facts, but it would be regrettable if the student of our university was arrested."
