The Achievement Exhibition, hosted by the National Agency for International Development Cooperation, showcases the fruitful achievements of China's foreign aid and international development cooperation since 1950.
State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech.
Wang Yi said that China's foreign aid and international development cooperation have gone through a glorious course of more than 70 years.
Over the past 70 years, through foreign aid and development cooperation, China has worked hand in hand with the vast number of developing countries.

So far, China has provided various types of assistance to more than 160 developing countries, including implementing thousands of package and material assistance projects, and carrying out tens of thousands of technical cooperation and human resource development cooperation projects. [Explanation] Wang Yi said that three years ago, the Chinese government announced the establishment of the National International Development Cooperation Agency, which provided an important mechanism for promoting the quality and upgrading of foreign development cooperation.
China has established a South-South Cooperation Assistance Fund and established a South-South Cooperation and Development Institute to help developing countries accelerate their ability to develop independently.
In the face of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, China has launched a global emergency humanitarian assistance operation.
