5 tips for feeding athletes during Ramadan

Dr. Wael Moussa, a specialist in nutrition and food science, confirmed that the nature of athletes' nutrition depends on the nature of the sport they exercise, there is a specific need for the body of protein, which is placed for each athlete according to the nature of the exercises that he performs, and the nature of the strength of physical activity, because walking is different from Sports that rely on lots of machines or weights.
