This Monday morning, the day of the start of the school year, the CNED platform "My class at home" was the victim of breakdowns.

Results: Unable for many students and teachers to access online courses.

A rather annoying situation for middle and high school students in France who must follow their distance courses in video until next Monday and the reopening of establishments.

On social networks, students and teachers have expressed their dissatisfaction.

Others, their joy (but we won't sway anyone…).

"Incredible now the CNED site brings you to the ACCESS button but you cannot access the course by clicking on it", writes one of them, while many other users post screenshots where we can see that platform access is failing due to connection issues.

Already victim of cyber attacks

This is not the first time that the platform has faced technical problems.

At the beginning of April, she had been the victim of several cyber attacks perpetrated from Russia and China.

In an email sent to teachers on April 23 and which BFMTV was able to consult, the Minister of National Education Jean-Michel Blanquer promised a strengthening of the level of protection of the tool, in order to guarantee its security against attacks.

He also specifies that “its capacities have been developed and its functionalities improved”.

Obviously not enough since "My class at home" seems overloaded on Monday.

Some users therefore turned to the ENT sites, the digital workspaces, managed by local authorities, which had also experienced blackouts in early April due to an influx of connections.

Obviously the problem was not completely resolved because this Monday again, the connections seemed to fail.

# 8h43 and the # ENT is stranded again!

How predictable, though!
