A phobia is the abnormal fear of an object or situation.

Among the phobias, there are those about which one speaks readily and those, more numerous in general, which one keeps secret.

Claustrophobia, agoraphobia, arachnophobia ... If some are well known to the general public, others are less so.

Thus, nomophobia is the fear of losing your cell phone, ergophobes have the fear, even hatred of work.
