Grégory Doucet the mayor of Lyon gave his support to the lesbian demonstration, condemning the violence that took place on Saturday afternoon in downtown Lyon.

About 300 participants were at Place Louis Pradel when they were attacked by around 40 activists from ultra-right movements, reports
