The scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia, Roman Vilfand, said that one should not count on a sharp warming in the Central Federal District (CFD) at the beginning of the May holidays.
“It’s not worth waiting for such a sharp heat in the first days of May,” TASS quoted Vilfand as saying.
He noted that forecasters will prepare a more detailed forecast later.
Earlier, Roman Vilfand said that cold, but not too rainy weather is expected in the European part of Russia in the coming days.
