　　The problems in this report are mainly concentrated in three categories,

one is that the quality is not good

For example, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, did not consider the objective reality of the cold winter when it was carrying out toilet renovation in rural areas, and the selected outdoor toilet renovation model was unscientific, resulting in a large number of new toilets being abandoned.

The other is that the work promotion mechanism is not sound.

For example, in March this year, in Shawan Village, Liangzihu District, Ezhou City, Hubei Province, the open-air dry toilets of farmers in the village were demolished, but the new public toilets were not built in time, which caused inconvenience for farmers to use the toilets.

Another category is that the award and subsidy funds are not in place.

For example, Daiwanglou Village, Yongcheng City, Henan Province, implemented the entire village toilet renovation in 2018. Due to the lack of attention to the follow-up rectification of some household toilet construction, the village failed to pass the inspection and acceptance of the toilet for 3 years, and the farmers have not received it. Change the toilet subsidy.

　　To this end, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the National Rural Revitalization Bureau deployed yesterday to comprehensively promote the rectification of rural toilets, taking the rectification of problems and improving policies and systems as the main tasks of this year's toilet revolution.
