"Over the past day on April 22, 138 forest fires were liquidated in Russia on an area of ​​13,536 hectares," RIA Novosti reports.

It is noted that the largest area of ​​fires was recorded in the Tyumen region, where there were eight forest fires on an area of ​​22,127 hectares.

Earlier, the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center, Roman Vilfand, named the regions with a high risk of wildfires.
