Recently, the handwritten case of Lin Qiaozhi, the only female academician among the first academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, has attracted attention.

In 2015, when a 73-year-old lady was seeking a doctor, she showed several copies of her parents’ medical records. This medical record was handwritten in 1946 by Lin Qiaozhi, the chief of modern Chinese obstetrics and gynecology.

There are 5 pages in the medical record, half in Chinese and half in English. The two phases are contrasted and meticulous.

Regardless of whether it is the Chinese part or the English part, the writing is correct and neat, and it is clear at a glance.

The entire medical record is concise and to the point, and every sentence is the key point.

When Lin Qiaozhi was twenty-seven years old, she graduated from Union Medical University with a doctorate in medicine and was hired as a doctor of obstetrics and gynecology at Union Hospital. She became the first Chinese female doctor who graduated and stayed in the hospital.
