Starting today .. "Twitter" allows its users to post 4K images

Today, Twitter announced that it will allow its users to tweet 4K images via Google's Android operating system or Apple's iOS.

"It's time to tweet these high-resolution images - the option to download and view 4K images on Android and iOS is now available to everyone," the company said in a tweet on its account.

And she explained, "To start uploading and viewing pictures in 4K, update your preferences for high-quality images in the" Data Usage "settings.

The web version of the platform supports high-resolution images (with a resolution of 4096 x 4096 pixels), but mobile applications are limited to only half that resolution, and a maximum resolution of 2048 x 2048 pixels.

Earlier this year, the company began testing 4K images upload for mobile phone users, and it seems that those tests have gone well, as the feature is now rolled out to all users, starting today.
