The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Carrie Lam said that for the development of technological innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, different cities must give full play to their advantages in scientific research, market, manufacturing, and financing before they can “join the sea”.
