The effect of exercise on corona virus and vaccines

A recent study revealed positive effects of exercising in the face of the emerging corona virus, and the vaccines used to prevent it, according to "Sky News".

Regular exercise reduces the chances of dying from infectious diseases such as Covid-19 by more than a third, and it also reduces the risk of contracting the virus by 31 percent.

The study indicated that exercising such as walking, running and cycling, in addition to muscle-strengthening exercises, for 30 minutes a day or 150 minutes a week, strengthens the immune system.

In their study, the researchers indicated that exercise makes protective Covid-19 vaccines 40 percent more effective.
