In the first case, she explained, you'd lose some of the vitamin C that was oxidized by the knife.

In the second case, the body will simultaneously receive a large amount of fructose, as a cup of juice needs about 5 oranges, this amount of fructose will increase the pressure a lot on the pancreas.

She indicated that the best way is to wash the oranges and eat them all, including the separators and the peel.
