A visually impaired woman in her 50s who worked as a contract employee for three years until 2018 at a facility in Yokohama City of the Japan Guide Dog Association was in charge of understanding guide dogs at the event. According to a lawyer representing the woman, the court recommended that the settlement be reached on the 21st.



The terms of the settlement included regret that the association was unable to fully capture the wishes of women, and to improve the working environment when hiring visually impaired people in the future. about it.
