Fukuoka Prefecture announced on the 21st that it was confirmed that 244 new people were infected with the new coronavirus in the prefecture.
The number of infected people in the prefecture exceeds 200 per day since January 24, about three months before the state of emergency was declared.
The breakdown is 127 in Fukuoka City, 20 in Kurume City, and 12 in Kitakyushu City.
A total of 27,53 people have been confirmed to be infected in Fukuoka Prefecture.
