Loushan Pass is located in Huichuan District, Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, and is known as the most dangerous place in northern Guizhou.

In January 1935, in order to ensure that the main force rested in Zunyi and the Zunyi Conference was held smoothly, the Central Red Army captured Loushan Pass for the first time.

After the Zunyi Conference, the Central Red Army decided to cross the Yangtze River north to Sichuan to join the Red Four Front Army. However, due to the defeat of the battle and the Kuomintang army's heavy besieging, the Central Red Army returned to the division and marched eastward, crossed Chishui and re-occupied Lou. Shanguan, then occupy Zunyi City.

Today, Loushanguan relies on red culture to continuously innovate and display forms, and the "touchable" red culture has become a new business card for tourism.
