According to this, if the company obtains the consent of the employee, it will allow the payment of wages to the account opened by the "fund transfer company" that handles electronic money.



However, fund transfer companies must meet certain requirements to ensure safety and be designated by the Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare.



Regarding the draft of this requirement, if the contractor goes bankrupt, the full amount or 1 million yen or more will be paid promptly within a few days, and the user will be negligent if there is damage caused by fraudulent withdrawal. If not, it will be fully compensated, and it can be redeemed at least once a month without any fees.



Some members have said that they should not proceed with conclusions, and the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's council will continue discussions based on the system proposal presented on the 19th.
