There is no excuse for an employee who does not activate the characteristic of creative thinking that he has, and there is no excuse for a person to restrict the limits of his thinking and creativity, for creativity is an important state of thought, and creativity has an important and fundamental role in human history, nor is it more beautiful than the importance of inventing the wheels that led humanity to the invention of horse-drawn vehicles. Despite its simplicity and ease, it changed the shape of the world at that time, and it is still a cornerstone of life today!

All the great innovations are so simple, surprisingly, this is what management scholars confirm, and the biggest praise that an innovation can receive is when it is said about it: “Indeed it was self-evident that, how did we not think of it before?” So innovation It must be a constant concern for every employee, for it is an indispensable skill for developing work in institutions, and it is a vast sea that has no limits, not linked to a place or institution, and it is not linked to a profession, position or job, it is a mental skill that everyone has, It is the right of society to benefit from this skill, by communicating these ideas to the competent authorities in order to initiate their implementation and development.

Very simply, any employee, regardless of his grade or work, can discover if he really has an innovative idea or not, as he can start gathering ideas and suggestions, and then answer these two questions: Can this be considered a simple solution to a simple problem?

Will this idea make the lives of the people covered by the idea easier?

This is simply creativity and innovation, finding new solutions to existing problems, and facilitating people's lives for the better through steps that include departing from the norm and the deadly routine.

Any employee can find innovation in many areas of life, not limited to these areas and types, innovation may be in products or services, or in processes and technology, which includes updates that affect technologies in the field of production processes for the manufacture of materials or software or even applications , Or in improvements in material quality or reduction in costs.

There is also organizational innovation that affects the organizational structure of the institution or the company, and this innovation can occur in operations or in the field of management, for example, and social innovation whose goal is not necessarily profit, but rather the benefit of social innovation can affect the entire society, for example.
