But they are partners with the government in the development and improvement processes, and the distinguished employee is the one who believes that he has another responsibility, more important and greater than providing a service or completing a transaction, which is to contribute and participate in the development of work through creative ideas that he does not stop providing, whether to the entity he works for. Or even to other government agencies, contributing to improving services, facilitating auditors, or raising the level of employee productivity.
Perhaps there is a simple idea, whose owner may think that it is not appropriate, and it may be so, not suitable for implementation at this time, but it may constitute a quantum leap if it is implemented after five or ten years, as creative ideas do not die, and they live and grow and develop, and this is what he said The frankness of His Highness Sheikh Maktoum, with enthusiasm and stimulating minds so that they do not stop innovation and creativity.
