Suhoor is the second main meal that is eaten during the month of Ramadan, and which must be taken care of.

It ensures that the fasting person has a balanced diet.

While some people tend to avoid consuming the suhoor meal or lack of interest in it, others tend to exaggerate or commit some mistakes in the nature of food or even drinks during this meal.

And a health and nutrition consultant, Dr. Lama Al-Naeli from "Wellness by Design", provided five guidelines on how to eat suhoor in a healthy way, and avoid some wrong habits that may stress the fasting person on the next day of fasting.
