What scams do illegal social organizations have?

Illegal social organizations mainly include three types: one is an organization that carries out activities in the name of a social organization without the registration of the civil affairs department. This is the most common type; the other is that a social organization continues to act as a social organization after its registration is revoked or its registration certificate is revoked. Organizations that organize nominal activities; third, social organizations that carry out non-preparatory activities during the preparatory period.

Zhao Xuegang introduced that illegal social organizations are increasingly resorting to fakes and tricks, and the public should pay special attention to the following situations.

The first is to use the name "Gao Dashang", under the banner of inheriting national culture, to directly mail or send false award certificates to relevant people, to carry out appraisal and commendation activities, and to collect the winners' fees.

Case This year, the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau investigated and dealt with illegal social organizations such as the "China Red Culture Society" and "National Intangible Culture Research Association". They forged red-headed documents and seals, had no actual office space and office staff, and no one answered any phone calls left.

Secondly, some illegal social organizations, under the banner of "government", organize experts, scholars, and celebrities in the industry to "endorse" their "platforms" and have a certain social influence.

Case On April 7 this year, the "National Government Legal Service Alliance", which was banned in accordance with the law, has a sound internal structure, with hundreds of member units, and has held large-scale forums and meetings in many places across the country. Participants include not only well-known domestic law firms and law sciences. Colleges, lawyers’ associations, and judicial administrative agencies have not registered in any department, making it more difficult for the masses to distinguish between authenticity and falsehood.

In addition, it is packaged into government agencies and national legal social organizations, imitating the establishment of websites, issuing documents, linking current political news on the website, linking to various government agencies, publishing so-called red-head documents, and even claiming to be supported by the government.

The "Chinese Taekwondo Federation Association" that has been banned has only the word "Alliance" more than the regular association; the "China Quality Certification Supervision and Inspection Center" which was banned on February 5 also contains "315" and the org domain name in its website. , It is easy to make the masses mistakenly believe that they are subordinate units of the national quality supervision department.
