After years of turning away from the spotlight, the Egyptian actress Lubna Abdel Aziz, reappeared this time at the American University in Cairo, who honored her on the occasion of the launch of the book (Lubna: The Story of a Free Woman) about her life's journey.

The book, published by Sama House for Publishing and Distribution, written by journalist Heba Muhammad Ali, deals with the story of Lubna since her inception and graduation at the American University in Cairo in 1954, then she traveled to the United States on an educational scholarship and entered the field of cinema after her return.
