In the Alpes-Maritimes, several major projects are a few months or even years behind schedule, in particular due to the health crisis.
Work is accelerating to allow the opening, as soon as the situation allows it, of these behemoths of the trade.
They are not "essential" for the most part.
But these shopping centers under construction are doing everything to be ready to open quickly, as soon as the evolution of the health crisis allows.

Cap3000 will complete its moult in June with its luxury wing
Begun in 2014 in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Cap3000's gigantic modernization and expansion project is ending with its brand new luxury wing.
These last 8,000 square meters will welcome, from June 15, 45 new shops and restaurants, including a starred one.
De Fursac, Hugo Boss, Weston, Tommy Hilfiger and Lancel will be in particular.
Carrefour Lingostière in the starting blocks
